Design, Fabrication, and Installation of LGE Overhead Cranes

Design, manufacture, and installation of the overhead crane system for LGE's factory – from structural calculation and main girder fabrication to on-site erection and testing.

VHP undertakes the entire overhead crane package for LGE's factory: surveying the workshop's existing conditions, designing the main girder and end girder structures, manufacturing at the workshop, and transporting and erecting on site.

All structural welds are inspected according to standards, and the girder system is checked for deflection and rail alignment before load testing. The project was handed over on schedule, operating stably and safely for production.
