Manufacturing of hatch coaming structures for cargo ships – an item requiring high precision in geometry and weld quality.

The coaming is the structure surrounding the cargo hatch opening, bearing loads and ensuring watertightness when the hatch cover is closed. VHP manufactures it in assemblies at the workshop before transporting it to the plant for installation.

All parts are CNC-cut according to detailed drawings, with tolerance checks and weld inspection before handover.
