With many years of experience in Hai Phong – the country's shipbuilding hub, VHP provides new shipbuilding, ship block building, ship component fabrication, and maritime equipment services.
Core Capabilities
- Ship block and section construction according to drawings and procedures approved by classification societies.
- Fabrication of ship components: coamings, cargo hatch covers, hatch coamings, deck structures.
- Manufacturing of onboard ship equipment: hydraulic systems, lifting legs, gearboxes, cargo tanks.
- Supply and installation of marine equipment and signal buoys.
Quality and registration
Certified welders, approved WPS/PQR welding procedures, NDT inspection, and acceptance testing with classification society representatives at each checkpoint.
